The Management Board is responsible for central project management and coordinates all key areas of responsibility.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
CENTRAL PROJECT UNIT
The Management Board is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of the entire project. It establishes the organizational, technical, and structural frameworks required to enable effective collaboration among the various centers and project participants, ensuring they can successfully pursue the project goals together.
At the heart of its work is the shared vision of making it easier for educators at German universities to use high-quality digital assignments. As a central point of contact, the Management Board supports coordination between the different working areas, consolidates information, and guides the implementation of project-wide activities.
Furthermore, the Management Board is responsible for central cross-cutting tasks such as project management, quality management, communication, and public relations. It supports external project participants, coordinates organizational processes, and ensures that the project’s various activities mesh together effectively.

The following overview illustrates the structure of the overall project and the interaction between the various centers, the Advisory Board, and the Expert Pool. The Management Board serves as the central organizational hub and supports coordinated collaboration among all participants.
In addition to the general director and two deputy directors, the office team includes an executive assistant, a project coordinator, and a community manager. The Management Board is also home to the media team, which is responsible for media production, communication, and the dissemination of project results.
